V.I.E. Data Analytics & Simulation

Your tasks

  • Participation in exciting, international research and development projects
  • Modeling of linked issues such as mechanics/optics or thermals/electrics
  • Development of data-based solutions for production, product and business intelligence applications
  • Development of connected solutions from data-based models and physic-based models
  • Knowledge transfer from R&D to business units and training of local engineering teams

Your profile

  • University degree
  • Machine Learning experience [and statistics (Hypothesis tests, regression and classification algorithms, ...)]
  • Simulation knowledge in the field of mechanics / thermals / electrics is beneficial, preferred with Abaqus
  • Software development (Python, SQL, GIT)
  • Communication skills and the ability to convey complex information
  • Very good skills in english, skills in german would be an advantage

About the V.I.E. program

The V.I.E. carries out his/her assignment in a French company operating overseas. Interns can work in a variety of domains.

  • The latest your assignment can start is on the day of your 29th birthday. No exceptions can be made.
  • You must have European nationality (i.e. be a national of a Member State of the European Economic Area, which includes the 28 Member States of the European Union including Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein and Monaco)
