Digital Manager (m/f)

Workplace Location: SWISSPACER Stolberg (DE) or Kreuzlingen (CH)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Take over the responsibility for IT-landscape including the lead of IT-infrastructure projects
  • Develop concepts for digital interaction with customers (B2B) and supply chain
  • First line contact for all IT matters in the company as well as for external stakeholders, e.g. central Saint-Gobain IT department
  • Further development of fields like CRM, E-commerce, order tracking, and availability information
  • Definition and management of interfaces between different IT environments (SAP, Quality software, CRM, WMS)
  • Support digital marketing activities
  • Consulting the decision-makers regarding global digtial trends (Industry 4.0, KI, data warehousing, data security, cloud solutions)
  • Collaborate with the data protection officer

Qualifications  & Skills:

  • Master degree in computer sciences, business informatics, or comparable with a strong affinity to business administration and marketing topics 
  • Very good expertise with SAP, CRM, E-commerce, data warehousing, development of business reports and web applications
  • At least three years of relevant work experience on a similar position, ideally working for a matrix organization
  • Fluent in German and English; French or Polish would be a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and an independent work-ethic with  good assertiveness
  • Ability to analyze and structure complex sets of circumstances quickly and reliably
  • Prepared to travel up to 50 %
